Andrea Accolla has dedicated his career to watchmaking and multi-brand after-sales service. After gaining hands-on experience in servicing and restoration in Italy and completing specialized training in Switzerland, he joined one of the world’s most renowned watchmaking schools, where he spent nearly twenty years as a senior instructor. Throughout his career, he developed extensive expertise in watch servicing, complications, micromechanics, and restoration techniques, while training watchmaking professionals from around the world. Today, this combination of technical expertise and teaching experience lies at the heart of ATS: delivering practical, demanding training designed around the realities of the workshop.

Convinced that passing on expertise is essential to the future of the watchmaking profession, Andrea Accolla founded Accolla Training Solutions in 2026. ATS brings together technical expertise and educational know-how to support professionals and companies through specialized training, tailored solutions, trainer development and the design of training projects.
