Expertise forged in the field
Andrea Accolla has devoted his career to multi-brand watchmaking after-sales service. After training in Switzerland, he worked as a technical after-sales manager in several watchmaking houses, gaining rare mastery of complications — chronographs, tourbillons, perpetual calendars.
Convinced that knowledge transfer is at the heart of the trade's sustainability, he founded Accolla Training Solutions in 2026 to offer a structured, trilingual program deployable internationally.

Assistant instructor then senior teacher at WOSTEP Foundation. Theoretical and practical courses, international assignments.

Coordination of WOSTEP's technical training team. Programme development and design of tools and teaching materials.

Andragogy certification
Adult & Continuing Education certificate (CPLN). Federal BFFA modules (CEFNA). Formalisation of the pedagogical approach.
